How did you hear about Sunbelt Rentals? How did you find out about your position?

I was part of the Theros Equipment acquisition in February 2015.

Why Sunbelt Rentals over other companies?

Because my initial employment with Sunbelt Rentals was a result of a corporate acquisitionm ny employment decision is slightly different than others. I believe Sunbelt Rentals provides a lot of career growth and unique opportunities that cannot be found elsewhere. It is a dynamic company with a clear mission, ample resources for successful management, and multiple paths for career progression.

Brief summary of your military background & career path with Sunbelt (to date and what you plan for the future)

I had the honor to serve in the Army with the 82nd Airborne Division out of Fort Bragg, NC for 8 total years. During this time, I was deployed to Iraq 4 times while being assigned ot the 1/504th Parachute Infantry Regiment. Throughout my career with the 82nd Airborne, I did everything from kicking in doors as a grunt, to being a Fire Team Leader, and finally a Weapons Squad Leader. It was a significant, impactful part of my life that I am immensely humbled and proud to have completed.

My career path with Sunbelt is to continue providing excellent customer service and leadership that will eventually allow me to promote to a District Manager.

My experience with Sunbelt Rentals has been great thus far. In the 16 months I have been with the company, I've learned a wealth of knowledge about effective management, customer service, and proper employee safety. When questions arise, I feel confident there are many avenues to seek answers and point me in the right direction. It's great to be part of the winning team.
