Recruitment Coordinator

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide recruitment administration to the field and to the support office.

• Single Point of Contact for all communication to Profit Centers of New Hire Recruitment administration (includes MVR, Background, drug screen) – works with owners of Drug Screen and MVR process as well as vendor communications.

• Management of Background Check administration

• Management of Employee Request and Online posting process (intranet and internet)

• Database on-line sourcing for field as well as other sourcing avenues

• Administration of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to include termination, new hires, applicant, etc. by store, region and overall.

• Administration and payment of all Recruitment Invoices

• Phone screening and interviewing local and field candidates (includes a variety of positions)

• Administration of Employee Referral Award Program

• Other projects as deemed necessary

• BS degree (preferably in Human Resources)

• 3-5 years in Recruitment

• Must have experience with the following recruitment activities:

Phone screening
Database sourcing/Alternative sourcing
Job postings and maintenance
Recruitment Systems (ie: Workday, Oracle, People Click)

• MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Intranet and Internet, knowledgeable of recruitment process and recruitment information systems process
