Job Description Summary

Position Objective:  This position is responsible for assisting in leading and mentoring Field Installer crews. The work is physically demanding in nature, requiring both strength and stamina. The person in this position will be responsible for face-to-face customer interaction and support, assisting with personnel supervision, loading, and unloading commercial carriers. They will also assist with the assembly of temporary structures and installation of ancillary rental accessories. Shipping and receiving functions, from light to heavy, will also be required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with leading, directing, and developing a crew, up to (3) Field Technicians, to safely and effectively erect and dismantle various types of structures without direct and continuous supervision
• Assist with managing a crew’s production during the job and maintain the responsibility for on-site coordination of the job
• Maintain open and pertinent communication with Structures Construction Managers, Construction Operations Managers, and Field Supervisors
• Track, set, and correct work hours for each of the installers assigned to jobsite
• Complete all necessary documentation with customer i.e., on-site identification/location of any underground systems such as power, water, etc.       
• Review and understand diagrams, drawings, and the E&D scope of the structure/project.
• Make certain that each employee is instructed in proper and safe use of all tools and equipment
• Oversee temporary labor on-site. Assign daily tasks to temporary labor and Field Installers
• Oversee proper loading/unloading of trucks on site and coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
• Report all updates to Field Supervisor and Construction manager as needed.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Must be well versed in time and schedule management, cost control, and customer communication
• Must have excellent knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations pertaining to job sites, and the ability to establish JSA’s
• Must have knowledge of DOT vehicle and NON-CDL regulations
• Knowledgeable of the specifics and applications of rental inventory to answer questions on delivery
• Perficient knowledge of Temporary Structure’s E&D
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license to drive a DOT vehicle
• Ability to regularly lift 75 lbs.
