Management Trainee

Sunbelt’s Management Trainee role is designed to equip you for by providing a structured learning program to prepare team members for the leadership necessary to make it happen for our customers.

As a Management Trainee in our Jumpstart Program, you will gain hands-on experience during our 12-month training course encompassing all aspects of the Sunbelt Rentals operations. Each individual will get trained on the vast array of products and services we offer and the resources that equip our team for success.  Our goal is to blend classroom training, job shadowing and hands-on activities as the trainee rotates throughout the business.  Trainees will spend time in a variety of Sunbelt Rentals’ lines of business to truly understand each one’s unique offerings. Successfully completing the program will position you for an exciting and lucrative career in operational management.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related supervisory experience required
  • Previous experience in management or Customer Service
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation with acceptable driving record history
  • Open to relocation upon successful completion of program

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

  • General computer skills
  • Exposure to construction industry is preferred but not required
