Job Description Summary

Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of movie production? Sunbelt Rentals Film & TV, previously known as William F White International Inc. , the largest movie equipment rental company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us. With offices across the country, Sunbelt Rentals Film & TV services productions of all sizes from coast to coast and houses an extensive state-of-the-art inventory. Our job is to help bring the magic of storytelling to life, by supporting our clients as their go-to Partners in Production.

To better serve the production industry’s growing ambitions, our Location Equipment Supply team is looking for an experienced and customer service-oriented individual to join us in the role of Customer Service Representative. This is a fulltime permanent position located in Burnaby, BC.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role for inflatable representatives, handle helium orders, doing bookings, doing billing and quotations, book clients/vendors to come in, manage inventories
• Review returns applied to inventory management system by Rentals Desk staff to ensure accuracy.
• Act as the main point of contact between Sunbelt Rentals Film & TV and our customers for long and short format productions.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a second-to-none customer experience at all levels of production.
• Input equipment and expendables orders and generate quotes.
• Coordinate customer pick-ups and returns while adhering to booking policies.
• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely preparation of customer packages.

Education/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

• Minimum 2 years of industry-related & customer service experience, preferred.
• Able to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, etc).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, RTPro, RentalWorks, or other equipment rental and inventory management systems, and Project/task management applications (Smartsheet, Trello, Skedda etc.) considered an asset.
• Knowledge of film industry equipment – lighting, grip, power, cable distribution, dimming/lighting control, and expendables an asset.
• Willing and able to work outside of regular hours when necessary.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
