Job Description Summary

Position Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain technical solutions to support and meet business goals and objectives. Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Perform Workday architecture design review resulting in end-to-end Workday Product solution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including technical specification document, change records and integration data mapping.
• Develop and maintain calculated fields to support integration needs.
• Architect, build and test Workday inbound and outbound integrations using integration products such as Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIB, Prism, BIRT layout, and other tools.
• Provide tier 2 and 3 support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations.
• Collaborate with external venders for implementing integration with third party system or services.
• Responsible for creating and executing unit and system test plans.
• Act as technical partner to functional leads and work with testing to team to create and maintain Kainos test plans.
• Understand and follow data architecture and ensure attention to data transformation.
• Proactively monitor integrations, perform maintenance, and conduct troubleshooting of issues to minimize downtime and increase performance. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate and resolve issues.
• Utilize and maintain simple to complex workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies.
• Support end-users, functional leads, system administrators and vendors as necessary.
• Understand and follow data governance, attention to data quality, and ensure security and data privacy standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience with Workday, including 3+ years of experience with Workday integration.
• Workday Pre requisition trainings are required.
• Preferred Workday Pro certification in Integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Workday post implementation experience required.
• Exceptional analytical ability, strong technical skills, and business intelligence skills.
• Possess strong collaboration and partnering skills.
• Experience with automated testing tools; Kainos Smart preferred but not required.
• Experience of various development tools and integration products such as Workday Orchestration, Studio, Cloud Connect, EIB, Prism, BIRT layout, and other tools.
• Experience with designing and implementing ETL processes and the use of ETL tools.
• Experience with Web Services and APIs (JSON, WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).
• Strong technical experience with XML and XLST.
• Understanding of Workday authentication policy for file transfers between the applications.
• T-SQL preferred.
• Preferred experience with Workday Extend.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.  Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.  All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.
